Q: My preorder wind chime came damaged! What can I do?
Please send me an email with your order number and photos of the damaged wind chime!
I provide replacements for preordered chimes only! There is a shipping fee of $4.00, no other cost!* If the replacement arrives broken as well, I can provide a partial refund, however there isn't much I can do from my end :( The other option is to receive a full refund instead!
Q: My wind chime came damaged! What can I do?
Please send me an email with your order number and photos of the damaged wind chime! I do not offer refunds on non-preorder chimes unfortunately.
All wind chimes with a grade of A or B on the side of the box have been quality checked and were NOT damaged prior to shipment. If your chime arrives broken, this is unfortunately an issue with USPS and I HIGHLY recommend placing a claim with USPS (click here) if you can. Non-preorder chimes will have insurance added to your order when I purchase labels, so you should be able to start a claim!
Q: Will you bring wind chimes back?
Unfortunately I will not bringing them back! Wind chimes are a finicky item for me to sell in terms of logistics and I realized it's not worth it to go through that stress. I also have other projects I want to begin, so I will be retiring the froggy wind chime!
