-A-Grade chimes may have a few glass imperfections due to the process of hand-blowing glass! This does not ruin the chime in any way. Think of it as a freckle for your little froggo, or belly button (yes I'm aware frogs don't have belly buttons)
-B-Grade chimes have small flaws in the design such as chipped paint or m huge flaw in the glass (denting for example) They are still usable, just a little different!
